5DEV RGXC Titanium Crankset Raw

CNC machined and laser welded using an advanced robotic welding system, the RGXC Titanium Crank is designed to be one of the lightest and stiffest BMX race cranks on the market.

For over 20 years, 24mm pinch-bolt cranks with steel spindles have been the standard in BMX racing. While this proven design has been widely adopted across the industry, innovation in weight, Q-factor and rider-specific sizing has remained limited.

The RGXC Titanium Crank takes a different approach. At just 516g including spindle and spider, it is significantly lighter than many professional-level BMX cranks currently available.

The 29mm 7075 aluminum spindle is designed for high-performance applications and has also been proven in demanding downhill and freeride environments. Its strength and durability make it more than capable of handling the demands of BMX racing. The crank has been tested and approved by elite riders including Romain Mahieu, Rico Bearman and Nic Long.

Available in crank lengths from 155mm to 175mm, the RGXC combines a narrow Q-factor with a wide range of sizing options. This makes it suitable for a broad range of riders—from younger racers looking for a lightweight performance crank to professional athletes requiring maximum strength and stiffness.

Each crank is CNC machined and robotically laser welded in San Diego, USA.

Spindle Compatibility
The 118mm spindle is suitable for most BMX race frames. However, some frames feature wider chainstay designs and may require the 122mm spindle for sufficient clearance.

As a general guideline:
For 155–165mm crank lengths, the 118mm spindle is recommended.
For 170–175mm crank lengths, choose the 122mm spindle when frame clearance is uncertain.

Always check frame and chainstay clearance when selecting the correct spindle width.
