Thousands of BMX parts and gear are in stock at our shop in Dedemsvaart, the Netherlands. Order on a working day and your parcel ships within 1 working day, always with track & trace.
Shipping costs and delivery times
• Netherlands (DHL or PostNL): €4.35 – €7.45, depending on size. DHL pick-up point: €5.95. Free from €90. Delivery after dispatch: 1–2 working days.
• Belgium (PostNL): €9.50 – €12.50. Free from €200. Delivery: 1–3 working days.
• Germany (PostNL): €6.60 – €12.50. Free from €200. Delivery: 2–4 working days.
• Denmark (PostNL): €6.60 – €14.50. Free from €200. Delivery: 3–5 working days.
• Other countries: you'll see the shipping cost right at checkout.
At checkout you'll also see your estimated delivery date.
Bikes
• Netherlands: fully assembled on a pallet (Oegema Transport) for €89, or boxed (DHL) for €9.95.
• Belgium, Germany and Denmark: boxed (DHL) for €41, or assembled on a pallet (Oegema Transport) for €200.
Pick-up
Free pick-up at our shop, Julianastraat 17, Dedemsvaart. Racing at an event where Flow BMX has a stand? We'll bring your order for free. This works for in-stock items; add the event name in the order comments.
Returns & exchanges
• Register your return within 14 days of delivery at info@flowrides.nl. We'll email you the instructions.
• Need a different size? Contact us first; we'll exchange it if the size is in stock.
• Send items back unused and, if possible, in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost.
• We refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, using your original payment method.
• Personalised items and items ordered specially for you cannot be returned.
• Parcel arrived damaged? Email us photos straight away and we'll sort it out.
