About us
Our story
My story starts early: I've been riding a BMX since the age of 4.
What started as pure love for the sport grew into a full-time career as an Elite Men rider, with international races and years of experience at the highest level. After more than 20 years active in BMX, a passion for entrepreneurship grew alongside it. Flow BMX is the result of those two worlds coming together.
More than just a shop
The combination of shop and track makes Flow unique: it's all about getting better, having fun and experiencing BMX together.
BMX through and through
I know the BMX world inside and out. Not just from racing, but also from:
• visiting national and international BMX events
• BMX shows and clinics
• giving training sessions
• building and rebuilding BMX tracks
• and even visiting several
Olympic Games
You'll see that knowledge and experience reflected in the shop. Flow BMX grows every week with new products, strong partnerships and an ever stronger foundation with the best-known BMX brands. We think it's important that the shop is not just a point of sale, but a place where riders feel at home and where quality and experience come first.
More than just a shop
Flow BMX is closely connected to our own Indoor BMX Track Dijk. In winter, hundreds of riders can keep training here, with open practice sessions and clinics on a technical indoor course.
The combination of shop and track makes Flow unique: it's all about getting better, having fun and experiencing BMX together.
I'm still active on the bike myself. No longer a full-time pro, but regularly found at BMX tracks, pump tracks, trails and downhill bike parks. From technical sessions on my high-end race BMX to playful rides on the dirt jumper and downhill trips to places like Winterberg, BMX remains a way of life.
Did you know?
Although the shop is open a few days a week, we work on Flow BMX every day. Behind the scenes we're busy with:
• the website and online orders
• purchasing and order processing
• maintaining the indoor BMX track
• and further building Flow BMX
